Problem Statement

Scania needs a seamless, paperless system to speed up vehicle servicing and repairs by providing real-time, online access to diagnostic information and integration with the Dealer Management System.

My Role

As a senior designer, I brainstormed and designed solutions with a larger UX team and 7 product owners to create efficient, tablet-friendly SWS services based on market needs.

Team

I worked closely with 6 UX designers, 4 development teams, and 7 product owners, ensuring continuous collaboration with other departments as part of the ecosystem.

Tools & Practices

I used Figma for design, Figma Jam/Miro for brainstorming, Jira for Agile project management, and Hotjar for user research, along with conducting global user interviews.
