Problem Statement

Scania needs an internal modular technology system that ensures vehicles remain efficient, reliable, and up-to-date, meeting the diverse needs of customers worldwide while reinforcing its industry leadership.

My Role

As a Senior Designer for Conversion Systems at Scania, I led the redesign of outdated systems into user-centric interfaces, enhancing engineer satisfaction through user research and close collaboration with development and business teams.

Team

I worked with a dedicated team of 12 developers, 6 business analysts, and 2 designers, while also being part of a larger design team of 6 designers responsible for Scania's various platforms.

Tools & Practices

I worked in Figma for design, used Jira for Agile project management, and employed Hotjar for user research, alongside conducting global user interviews.

Testing & Iteration
