As a UX/UI designer, I led user research, ideation, and design, collaborating with the product owner to create efficient mobile friendly solutions based on market needs.

A Chatbot
Guide is a chatbot-based self-guided system with tailored routes for entrepreneurs, offering timely notifications and tracking their progress. It provides exceptional user orientation by initiating conversations and guiding users through their entrepreneurial journey.

Document Management
By systematically collecting information from the user and using a custom algorithm, the application predicts the entrepreneur's progress, visually displaying it and suggesting business improvements. The dashboard also stores all necessary documents, regularly updating them with relevant government organizations.
